Operation of a pallet washer

The entire system is constructed of solid plates and profiles (stainless steel 304) and is placed on adjustable legs. The washing tunnel is accessible through removable hatches. An ample number of nozzles ensures optimal cleaning of the pallets. The side guides ensure proper positioning of the pallet during cleaning.

In the main wash zone, the pallets are cleaned and the contamination removed from the pallets. The nozzles are configured for maximum cleaning results. They are supplied with water by a powerful, energy-efficient pump.

In the rinsing zone, the pallets are rinsed with clean water. The water supply is connected to the water line and equipped with a rinse control. The rinsing zone is equipped with a large number of stainless steel nozzles.

The powerful water jets are delivered by an energy-efficient pump, minimizing energy consumption without sacrificing cleaning performance. In addition, the rinse zone uses clean water connected to the water supply, which optimizes water consumption and prevents waste.
