    Crate Folding Machine

    The SL3000 is the latest crate closing machine from Reintjes Systems and specially developed for maximum speed and flexibility. Suitable for both 600x400 and 400x300 folding crates, the machine switches between formats at the touch of a button or fully automatically. With a capacity of up to 50 crates per minute, the SL3000 is ideal for intensive production lines. The machine is ergonomically sound, fully safety tested and easy to integrate into existing processes. Equipped with a user-friendly touch screen, an automatic check and reject function and built in stainless steel. Moreover, the SL3000 can be perfectly combined with other standard modules such as a palletizer or stacker or crate washers.
