What is eLink

eLink is the system that allows you to log into your hygiene entrance to get more insight into the real-time status of your entrance, without depending on the company network. Thanks to its own WiFi signal, you can quickly detect malfunctions, proactively schedule maintenance and easily adjust parameters. This allows you to maintain control over your hygiene process and avoid unnecessary downtime.

Insight into status and use

eLink continuously registers what is happening in the hygiene entrance. Think of the number of passers-by, the consumption of water, soap and disinfection, and the operation of pumps or sensors. All this data is directly accessible via a clear interface.

eLink eliminates the need to wait until something goes wrong. eLink signals anomalies before they develop into a malfunction. You intervene more quickly and prevent breakdowns.

Notification in case of abnormalities

If something does go wrong, eLink reports it immediately. For example:

• Disinfection bath below minimum level
• Pump failure left soap unit
• No movement sensor 3

These notifications appear in the eLink interface. In combinationwith eCloud, push notifications are also possible. This quickly alerts your team without having to be physically on site first.

Predictive maintenance becomes feasible

eLink records usage and recognizes patterns, allowing you to plan maintenance based on actual load. We call this predictive maintenance. Consider:

• Checking chemical supply at peak usage
• Inspecting in case of recurring failures
